5 out of 5 stars Baby   May 29, 2010

I've used several different types of swaddlers, and this one is my favorite. It is easily adjusted, fits great, stays on very well, and is the magic trick for getting my daughter to sleep. I can see her visibly relax after it's on, and she sinks into a blissful sleep. We jokingly call it the Baby Coma Straitjacket. ;-) I wish we'd had this with my colicky first daughter! The best part is the slot for the carseat, so you can use it as a carseat or stroller blanket and it stays put and she can't kick it over her face. It also washes well. We bought the ivory color. Great swaddler, great price. Highly recommended!

5 out of 5 stars magic go-to-sleep blanket   February 14, 2010

Love it! My baby - now 5 months - will still only sleep if swaddled. And that's all we have to do - swaddle her and leave the room. Works like a charm!

This swaddler is great because unlike the jersey knit type swaddlers, this one doesn't stretch, so she can't wiggle out of it!

We got some newborn size swaddle blankets which we loved, they were the only thing that made our little girl sleep longer than 30-40 minutes. She would fall asleep but flail her arms and wake herself up. We've been squeezing her into the small ones untill we found this bigger size. Im so happy they make bigger ones. Now that she has more wiggle room for her legs but still has her arms snug against her body she regularly sleeps 7-8 hours at night at 4 months old.

1 out of 5 stars Babies can get out of LARGE ones   August 20, 2010

I loved the newborn version of this product. My son would not sleep without being swaddled at first. When he grew out of the newborn I switched to the LARGE and it was awful! My son was able to get his entire upper body out no matter how tight I made the swaddle. I stopped using them completely when I watched him wriggle his arms out and notice that he could stretch the fabric over his face. I like the zip up blanket a lot more now. He is 2 1/2 months and does not need to be swaddled anymore, he just needs a safe blanket. I recommend the ones Carters makes for Target, the brand is "Just One You" and I think I got them for $8.99 each.
